body2016
JUDGMENT : AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. 1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite the fact that he has tried to contact the legal representatives of the appellant, they are not coming forward to get themselves impleaded in place of the late appellant. 2. Vide the order dated 20.5.2016, it had been stated that if the application for impleadment of legal representatives is not filed by the next date, the appeal would be deemed to have been dismissed for non prosecution, as several opportunities had already been granted to do the needful. 3. Thus, in the above situation, with the LRs of the appellant not coming forward to be impleaded in his place, the appeal already stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. A copy of this order be sent at the address of the appellant as given in the memo of parties.
