JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. Dr. Gurmeet Kaur, Principal, Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot-respondent No.3, who is present in person, has submitted her affidavit mentioning therein total calculations along with amount of delay in the Court in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 10.03.2016 and the same is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also entitled for interest because of the delay as has been claimed in the present writ petition. 3. On perusal of affidavit of respondent No.3, it is apparent that delay is there and the petitioner is entitled for interest as well. 4. Accordingly, respondent No.3 is directed to give benefits to the petitioner as mentioned in the affidavit along with interest @ 9% per annum within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. Respondent-State is also directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of ACP from the date of his regularization within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in case, the petitioner is found to be entitled for the relief claimed, the same be granted to him within a period of two months thereafter. 6. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. 7. Disposed of accordingly.
