JUDGMENT Mr. A.B. Chaudhari, J.: (Oral) - Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. 2. The petitioner was arrested on 1.1.2015 and is in jail since then. The petitioner was found in possession of 13 vials of Rexcof as against the commercial quantity which is 11 vials. The quantity appears to be marginally higher. 3. Looking to the incarceration already undergone by the petitioner and particularly when there is no other case reported against the petitioner under the NDPS Act, I think the petitioner should be released on bail. This petition is therefore allowed. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial court/CJM concerned.
