ORDER : There is no representation for the petitioner. 2. This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner by complaining that the order passed in W.P(MD)No.13841 of 2015 dated 04.08.2015 is disobeyed. 3. It is seen that by an order made in that writ petition, this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks. It is further seen that the said representation was sent by the petitioner for removal of pipe line illegally put up by one Ramamurthy. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. S. Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the respondent, in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, has already taken action and disconnected the pipe line put up by the said Ramamurthy. 5. Recording the above said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
