ORDER : This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed in the Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.5804 of 2015 dated 16.04.2015 has not been complied with. In the said order, this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2015, after issuing the notice to the interested parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on 18.01.2016, the Tahsildar, Periyakulam, has passed an order on the representation made by the petitioner rejecting his request. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy separately as against the order passed by the Tahsildar, Periakulam, dated 18.01.2016. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner as stated supra. No costs.
