ORDER : This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13619 of 2013 dated 26.06.2014, is not complied with. 2. In pursuant to the statutory notice issued, the respondents are the personally present before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed in the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.13619 of 2013 dated 26.06.2014 has been complied with by making the payment on 01.01.2016 through cheques. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not disputed the said fact. 3. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, appearance of the respondents is dispensed with. No costs.
