ORDER : 1. This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed in W.P. (MD) No.17373 of 2014 dated 29.06.2015 has not been complied with. In the said order, this Court has directed the respondent herein to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner for grant of educational loan to his son. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already an order is passed on 25.09.2015 pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition and therefore, the petitioner has to challenge the said order and cannot file the contempt petition, as has been done in this case. The copy of the said order dated 25.09.2015 is also filed in the typed set of papers. 3. Therefore, I am of the view that the petitioner has to challenge the said order only by filing a separate proceedings, as the contempt proceedings is not proper course of action as against the order passed by the respondent bank. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.09.2015 in a manner know to law. No costs.
