ORDER : These revisions arise out of the orders passed by the Additional Sub Court, Karur in E.P.Nos.141, 137, 160, 111, 139, 120, 112, 122, 133, 158, 159, 129, 136, 113, 161 of 2015 in L.A.O.P.Nos.91 of 2002, 93 of 2011, 99 of 2011, 94 of 2011, 95 of 2011, 97 of 2011, 100 of 2011, 102 of 2011, 80 of 2011, 87 of 2011, 89 of 2011, 96 of 2011, 98 of 2011, 128 of 2002, 106 of 2011 respectively, dated 25.04.2016 and the orders passed by the Principal Subordinate Court, Karur in E.P.Nos.142, 144, 124, 123, 147, 148 and 163 of 2015 in L.A.O.P.Nos.86 of 2002, 93 of 2002, 89 of 2002, 92 of 2002, 102 of 2010, 129 of 2002 and 121 of 2002 respectively, dated 21.04.2016. 2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents that as per the orders passed in the Miscellaneous Applications, dated 22.06.2016, the entire award amount has been deposited in respect of all the Execution Petitions and in similar matters in C.R.P(MD)Nos.441 to 444 of 2014, this Court by order dated 10.06.2015, permitted the land owners to withdraw the entire award amount. 3. These Civil Revision Petitions are also disposed of on the same terms which reads as follows:- “The Executing Court is directed to permit the concerned respondents, who are the petitioners in the respective petitions, to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the petitioner subject to the condition that the withdrawal would be subject to the order to be passed in the appeal stated to have been filed by the petitioner.” No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
