ORDER : 1. W.P. (MD) No. 3790 of 2013 is filed challenging the suspension order dated 28.12.2013 temporarily suspending the petitioner from the trusteeship of Arulmighu Nainar Desiga Vinayagar Thirukovil, Kottar. W.P. (MD) No. 5495 of 2013 is filed against the temporary suspension of the trusteeship of another trustee of the very same temple. W.P. (MD) No. 5606 of 2013 is filed challenging the order of interim suspension of the petitioner from the above trusteeship of the very same temple. 2. In all these writ petitions, a common proceedings dated 28.02.2013 suspending the respective petitioners from their trusteeship, pending enquiry was questioned. Subsequently, after conducting enquiry, final order dated 31.07.2015 was passed removing those trustees permanently from the trusteeship and directing the Assistant Commissioner, H.R & C.E., Department, Nagercoil, to appoint trustees through department. The said order is challenged subsequently by two of the trustees, namely, V. Nagarajan (in W.P. (MD) No. 16423 of 2015 and Manickavasagam (in W.P. (MD) No. 16424 of 2015) and these two writ petitions are pending before this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the impugned proceedings challenged in these three writ petitions are temporary suspension and considering the fact that subsequently, final order is passed removing them permanently, I find that these writ petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, they are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
