JUDGMENT Hon’ble Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. Heard Mr. Arvind Vashistha, Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Akshay Latwal, Advocate for the applicants and Mr. H.O.Bhakuni, AGA with Mr. Vishal Singh Mehra, Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand. 2. The applicant is in jail having been implicated in FIR No. 83 of 2016, which has been registered under Sections 8 & 10 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, at Police Station-Haldwani, District-Nainital. 3. The First Information Report has been lodged by Police Inspector with the allegation that the applicants had tried to bribe him in his Police Station, the two eye witnesses is also there to this effect. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that charge sheet has already been filed in the matter and there is no occasion of the applicants tampering with the evidence. 5. The applicants are in jail since 18.03.2016. 6. Let the applicants be enlarged on bail in the aforesaid crime on their executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the equal amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned. 7. It is made clear that any observations made by this Court are only for the purposes of grant of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any other proceedings.
