JUDGMENT : JAISHREE THAKUR, J. 1. Counsel for the parties submit that the main case, filed under the Domestic Violence Act, is coming up for final arguments on 26.10.2016 before the courts at Gurgaon. 2. Without opining and going into the merits of the case, since the matter is coming up for final arguments on 26.10.2016, the instant petition is being disposed of confirming the interim order passed. However, it is made clear that confirmation of the interim order, passed on 11.08.2014, will have no bearing on the merits of the case which is to be decided as per its own merit and in accordance with law.
