JUDGMENT : Biswanath Somadder, J. Upon Reading a petition of Sk. Abdul Matleb and his affidavit of verification thereof, dated 31st August, 2015, and the annexures to the said petition and upon hearing Mr. Rabiul Islam, learned advocate for the applicant/petitioner. 2. It is ordered that a Rule do issue calling upon R.P.S. Khalon, the Chairman, Kolkata Port Trust, having its office at 1 Stand Road, Kolkata - 700001; Manish Jain, Deputy Chairman, Haldia Dock Complex, having its office at Jawahar Tower, P.O. Haldia Township, Haldia, District - Purba Medinipore, PIN - 721607; H.S. Banerjee, the Manager (P&IR), the Haldia Dock Complex, having its office at Jawahar Tower, P.O. Haldia Township, Haldia, District - Purba Medinipore, PIN - 721607; and Jishu Ray, the Manager (Administration), the Haldia Dock Complex, having its office at Jawahar Tower, P.O. Haldia Township, Haldia, District - Purba Medinipore, PIN - 721607, being the alleged contemnors/respondents, to show-cause why they should not be committed to prison or otherwise penalized or dealt with for wilful, deliberate and contumacious violation of the order dated 18th June, 2015, passed in WP 16492 (W) of 2014. 3. The Rule is made returnable on 22nd April, 2016. 4. On the returnable date, it is ordered the alleged contemnors/respondents aforesaid shall appear personally before this Court at 10.30 A.M and shall not leave Court without permission. 5. Let the Rule be served personally on the alleged contemnors/respondents. 6. Requisites be put in forthwith.
