ORDER : This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 57 of 2013 dated 19.01.2015, is not complied with. 2. Sub Application(MD)No.244 of 2015 is filed seeking for dispense with the personal appearance of the first respondent. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the sub-application, the appearance of the first respondent is dispensed with. 3. In pursuant to the statutory notice issued, the respondents 2 and 3 are the personally present before this Court. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that through proceedings dated 08.12.2015 issued by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Tirunelveli, the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.57 of 2013 dated 19.01.2015 has been complied with. He also produced the copy of the said proceedings before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, appearance of the respondents 2 and 3 is also dispensed with and the connected Sub-Application is also closed. No costs.
