ORDER : The Petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition praying for passing of an order by this Court in directing the Second Respondent to register a case on the basis of his complaint, dated 26.10.2015. 2. It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner that the Petitioner had addressed a complaint, dated 26.10.2015 to the Respondents 1 and 2, to take necessary action against the Former Panchayat President one Mr. Ponraj, present Panchayat President one Ponnuthai etc. Added further, the Petitioner had also lodged a detailed complaint on 16.12.2015 in person together with supporting documents and also sent the same by Registered Post to the Second Respondent with a request to take action against the concerned. 3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that till today, the Respondents have not acted on his complaints, dated 26.10.2015 and 16.12.2015 and therefore, he has filed the present Criminal Original Petition before this Court seeking necessary directions from this Court. 4. At this stage, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents brings it to the notice of this Court that a preliminary enquiry in Memorandum No.PE.30/2016/RDP/HQ was ordered on 25.01.2016 and the report is awaited. 5. In view of the fact that the preliminary enquiry was ordered by the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Chennai and this Court taking note of the fact that the said preliminary enquiry is at early stage, this Court closes the present Criminal Original Petition, for the present.
