The Learned counsel for the Appellant informs this Court that the matter was settled between the parties and hence, prays for withdrawal of the present Criminal Appeal and also to the aforesaid effect, a letter dated 07.09.2016 was addressed to the Assistant Registrar (Crl. Side) of High Court, Madras. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
