JUDGMENT : 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement on the Petition that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. 2. Recording the said fact, this Court grants permission to the Petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition and dismiss the same as withdrawn.
