ORDER : I.A. No. 798 of 2016 in W. P. (C) No. 561 of 2016 I. A. No. 797 of 2016 In W. P. (C) No. 565 of 2016 1. In both the Interlocutory Applications, petitioners urge for stay of revised programme for Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Exam, 2015 going to commence from 15th February, 2016. 2. From the contents of the instant Interlocutory Applications, it appears that revised programme in respect of B.Ed. Course for the Session 2014-15 have been published. Petitioners are B.Ed. Colleges and students in the respective writ petitions, who have come before this Court seeking grant of affiliation from the Respondent-Vinoba Bhave University for the Session 2014-15. 3. On the previous date 9th February, 2016, after hearing the counsel for the parties, time has been allowed to the Respondent-University and State to offer their response on merits and the matters are posted for 9th March, 2016. 4. The issue relating to affiliation is the basic question to be determined in the writ applications for the said session. Therefore, it is not proper to stay the programme of revised B.Ed. Exam for the said Session of the respective colleges to the prejudice of all other students, who have undertaken the course pursuant to a valid order of affiliation for the said year. Therefore, prayer made for stay is not worthy of being allowed. 5. It goes without saying that dependent upon outcome of the main matters, any consequential relief that may arise may be considered at the time of final adjudication of the cases. 6. Accordingly, the aforesaid I.As. are dismissed.
