ORDER : This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the second appeal dated 14.10.2015 filed by the petitioner and consequently directing the respondents to furnish the information and documents sought for by the petitioner. 2. After taking notice for the first respondent, the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent, today, based on instructions, submitted that yesterday i.e., on 27.01.2016, the first respondent has passed an order on the second appeal filed by the petitioner in S.A. No. 14157/B/2015. 3. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, by giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if the same has been passed rejecting his claim. No costs.
