ORDER : It is represented on behalf of the respondent that the order passed by this court in W.P.(MD).No.18387 of 2014 has been complied with by the respondent by passing an order on 28.09.2015, whereby and whereunder, the petitioner's claim was not accepted. 2. In view of the fact that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this court in the writ petition, by passing an order on 28.09.2015, whereby, the petitioner's claim was not accepted, this court holds that nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt petition and closes the contempt petition. However, this court grants liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 28.09.2015 passed by the respondent before the competent forum in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law, if he so desires or advised.
