JUDGMENT : P.B. Bajanthri, J. In the instant petition, the petitioner has questioned the award passed by the labour Court dated 09.03.2011. He was stated to have been appointed as Chowkidar on daily wage basis with the respondent on 07.12.1993 and his services were terminated in the month of September, 2003 amongst others. Petitioner and others approached the labour Court raising industrial dispute. The labour Court rejected the claim of the petitioner as well as other similarly situated persons vide award dated 09.03.2001. One Sh. Ram Niwas Singh who was a co-worker to the petitioner also suffered award before the labour Court on 09.03.2001 and it was the subject matter before this Court in CWP No. 14524 of 2011. The same was disposed of on 24.03.2014 while modifying the award dated 09.03.2001 by awarding a sum of Rs. 2 lacs. 2. Thus, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in CWP No. 14524 of 2011. 3. The respondents are directed to pay compensation of Rs. 2 lacs to the petitioner within a period of three months from today failing which the petitioner is entitled to interest @9% per annum from today.
