ORDER : P.S. RANA, J. Present petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail relating to FIR No. 189 of 2015 dated 6.12.2015 registered in Police Station Nahan, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, under Sections 21 and 2961 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that time bound direction be given to learned trial Court for disposal of case. As per allegation commercial quantity of contraband is involved. It is well settled law that party has a legal right for expeditious disposal of case wherein accused is in judicial custody. With the consent of the learned Advocates appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of non petitioner, following orders are passed: 1. Learned trial Court will dispose of the case on day to day basis and will dispose of case expeditiously within three months. 2. The witnessed will be summoned by way of special messenger or by way of coercive method if their presence could not be procured by the learned trial Court in an ordinary manner. 3. Certify copy of this order be transmitted to the learned trial Court for compliance forthwith. Cr.MP(M) No. 339 of 2016 is disposed of. So also pending applications if any.
