ORDER : The present writ petitions preferred under Article 32 of the Constitution of India have been continuing in this Court for more than a decade, this Court had pronounced a lengthy order on 12th January, 2005, in Mridul Dhar (Minor) and Another vs. Union of India and Others reported in (2005) 2 SCC 65 . Thereafter, number of interlocutory applications have been filed and are disposed of. 2. In our considered opinion, the main order and the various orders passed by this Court from time to time have sub-served the purpose of the writ petitions preferred by the petitioners and, therefore, there is no justification or warrant to keep them pending in this Court. The writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. 3. All the interlocutory applications filed in these two writ petitions stand disposed of.
