P.C. relating to FIR No. 41 of 2015 dated 7.5.2015 registered in police station Kala Amb Tehsil Nahan District Sirmour H.P. under Sections 363, 366A, 376, 506, 34 IPC and Section 4 of POSCO Act. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that he does not want to continue present petition and petition be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the above stated facts present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Cr. MP (M) No. 236 of 2016 is disposed of.
