ORDER : 1. Counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner had submitted a representation to his Commandant, in terms of the order dated 16.10.2015, which was directed to be decided expeditiously. Pursuant thereto, the respondents have decided the said representation by passing an order dated 28.10.2015, a copy whereof has been handed over and taken on record. She states that in terms of the said order, the petitioner has been duly accommodated in Delhi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the aforesaid position and states that in view of the order dated 28.10.2015, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. 3. While taking on record the order dated 28.10.2015, the present petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications.
