JUDGMENT : Darshan Singh, J. 1. The present civil revision petition has been filed to assail the order dated 03.12.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Jalandhar, declining the application for amendment of the plaint. 2. The amendment of the plaint was sought on the ground that though respondent has executed the agreement to sell the land measuring 23K-16M, but infact he was owner of only 5K-16M of land. The petitioner wants to amend the suit for seeking relief only with respect to 5K-16M and recovery of the excess amount paid. In my opinion, there is no need for amendment of the plaint. The learned trial Court can well mould the relief in view of the circumstances of the case. 3. So, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order calling for the interference by this Court while exercising the supervisory powers under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4. Resultantly, the present revision petition having, no merits, is hereby dismissed.
