JUDGMENT : Sandeep Mehta, J. Heard learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record. 2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with F.I.R. No. 29/2011, A.C.B. (S.U.), Udaipur for the offences under Sermons 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 153, 420, 477A and 120B I.P.C. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is complete and only charge-sheet remains to be filed. He submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and his presence is no longer required for custodial investigation. He further drew the Court's attention to the orders passed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail applications filed by Smt. Madhu Jain (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4285/2015), Smt. Sohani Devi (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 3543/2015) and Smt. Sadhna Singh (S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4488/2015) wherein this Court has given the respective petitioners liberty to surrender before the Trial Court and apply for regular bail and thereupon, they have been directed to be released on bail. He thus prays that similar order be passed in the present matter also. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor though opposes the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for petitioner but he does not dispute the fact that the investigation is complete and the petitioner's presence is not required for investigations etc. 5. In this view of the matter, the instant bail application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court on or before 6.4.2016 and submit an application for regular bail. Upon the petitioner surrendering and moving a bail application as directed above, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail and bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
