ORDER ABHILASHA KUMARI, J. This application has been preferred by the applicant-original petitioner/Transferee/Demerged Company, with the following prayers: “7 (A) Your Lordships be pleased to modify the order dated 12.01.2016passed by this Hon'ble Court in Company Petition No. 399 of 2015, more particularly the directions contained in Para 17 of the order, to the extent permitting the applicant Demerged Company to lodge a copy of order dated 12.01.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Company Petition No. 399 of 2015 together with the Schedule of Properties of the applicant Demerged Company with the concerned authorities and the registry of this Hon'ble Court may please be directed to issue fresh certified copy of the aforementioned order together with the Schedule of Properties of the Demerged Company to the applicant along with the certified copy of the order that may be made by this Hon'ble Court in the present application, in the interest of justice; (B) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit, just and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. It is submitted that due to the inadvertence, the reference to the Demerged Company could not be pointed out on behalf of the applicant, therefore, insofar as the directions contained in paragraph 17, of the order dated 12.01.2016, passed by this Court in Company Petition No. 399 of 2015 is concerned, the directions to permit the applicant Demerged Company to lodge a copy of the said order together with the Schedule of Properties with the concerned authorities of the applicant Demerged Company could not be made. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.Y Divyeshwar, learned Central Government Standing Counsel, and upon perusal of the material on record, the following order is passed: 4. The order dated 12.01.2016, passed by this Court in Company Petition No. 399 of 2015, is modified as follows: “In paragraph 17 of the said order, it may be noted that the applicant Demerged Company is permitted to lodge a copy of the order dated 12.01.2016, passed by this Court together with the Schedule of Properties of the applicant Demerged Company with the concerned authorities. The Registry of this Court, shall issue a fresh certified copy of the aforementioned order together with the Schedule of the Properties of the applicant Demerged Company to the applicant along with the certified copy of the present order.” 5. The application is disposed of in the above terms.
