ORDER : 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent's to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application from dated 11.01.2014 submitted for enrolling myself as Local Cable Operator and to get cable TV signals at Chinthamani village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District in pursuance to his application dated 11.01.2014 as expeditiously as possible. 2. Mr. S. Sadeesh Kumar, learned Counsel takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the application form of the petitioner dated 11.01.2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
