ORDER : 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the blood donation camp and sugar test programme to the Batlagundu people at community hall nearer to the Co-operative Bank, for the dates 06.02.2016 and 07.02.2016 after collecting necessary charges from the petitioner. 2. Mr. M. Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The petitioner made a representation to give community hall to conduct the medical camp programmes on 06.01.2016 and 07.01.2016, which dates have already been lapsed. 5. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that since the materials like Mixie and Grinder have been stocked in the community hall nearer to the Co-operative Bank, Batlagundu, Dindigul District, they are unable to give the said community hall to the petitioner, as of now. Whenever the petitioner applies for any other future dates, the Community Hall, near Oorkolasamy Samy Kovil Street, Batlagundu, Dindigul District, would be provided to the petitioner. 6. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent shall provide the Community Hall nearer to the Oorkolasamy Samy Kovil Street, at the convenient dates. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
