ORDER : 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to pass orders based on enquiry conducted in Na. Ka. No. 8527/2014/Aa4 dated 23.12.2014 of the third respondent within a stipulated time. 2. Mr. S. Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that even though the Revenue Divisional Officer has been directed to pass orders right from 23.12.2014, no order has been passed. 5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that since the dispute is relating to the grant of UDR patta, the same has to be corrected or altered by the District Revenue Officer and the District Collector sent the papers to the Revenue Divisional Officer and thereafter, the same has to be sent to the District Revenue Officer, who only is the competent authority for conducting enquiry. 6. Therefore, it is suffice, to direct the District Revenue Officer to collect the details from the Revenue Divisional Officer and conduct the enquiry with all the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
