ORDER : 1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition in view of the fact that the Right to Information application does not have any details. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition only after he files a proper petition and if it is not answered. He cannot file vague applications before the respondents. No costs.
