ORDER : The writ petition has been filed for a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned auction notice issued by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.55/2015/A3 dated 29.01.2016 insofar as it relates to the petitioner's shop No.59 in Batlagundu Bus-Stand and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the fourth respondent to renew petitioner's license in accordance with the G.O. (Nilai) No.92, dated 03.07.2007 (Municipal Administration and Water Supply (NaNi4) Department) in respect of the petitioner's shop No.59 at Batlagundu Bus stand. 2. The petitioner was a licensee and the period has expired. Already on two occasions, she was allowed to participate in the auction and in view of the fact that the highest bidder has not paid the money, the auction was cancelled. Now, the only grievance of the petitioner is that the auction is to be conducted on 04.02.2016 and she is willing to participate in the auction, the respondents are not allowing her to participate in the auction. 3. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that the respondents have no objection for her to participate in the auction to be conducted on 04.02.2016. 4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, to permit the petitioner to participate in the auction to be conducted on 04.02.2016. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
