ORDER : Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the prayer made in the I.A. should be accepted and that Mr. Santosh Rastogi, the Ist Level Supervisory Officer in one of the cases, and the IInd Level Supervisory Officer in two other cases should be relieved of his responsibilities, so as to revert back to his parent cadre. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for rival parties to this Court, we accept the prayer made in the instant I.A. No.80/2016. 2. The Union of India shall appoint a substitute in place of Mr. Santosh Rastogi within two weeks from today. I.A. No.80 of 2016 is disposed of accordingly.
