ORDER : 1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner filed a memo stating that he has not pressed the Execution Petition already filed and subsequently, filed another Execution Petition and the same is pending before the Sub- Court, Karur. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
