ORDER : 1. We are distressed to note that the Child Welfare Committee has not been fully constituted. Learned counsel for the State of Haryana says that necessary steps for the constitution of the Child Welfare Committee and providing it with full facilities will be taken within a week. 2. In view of this sad state of affairs, we require the Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, Government of Haryana to be present on the next date of hearing. 3. Compliance report be submitted on the next date of hearing. 4. List the matter on 15th March, 2016.
