ORDER : S. Nagamuthu, J. The petitioner appeared before this Court. She informed this Court that she has got information that her husband is living with another woman. Therefore, she does not want to proceed with the matter. She made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has got no instructions from the petitioner. The same is recorded. In view of the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
