ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide electricity connection to the property in S. Nos. 301/1, 301/2 and 302/4 at S.f.No.301-1B, Coimbatore Road, Near Ashok Leyland Service (TVS) Pavithiram Post, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District by considering the representation along with the application given by the petitioner's partnership firm dated 06.12.2015. 2. Mrs. S. Srimathy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The only objection raised by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents is that the third respondent objected to provide electricity service connection to the property of the petitioner. 5. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be considered by the respondents, after hearing the objectors. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties and thereafter pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
