ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to make sub-division in the petitioner's name for the land in Survey No.580 of Ward No.7, Block No.5 consisting of a total extent of 39,078 Sq.ft in which the petitioner's land in Ward No.7, Block No.5, Survey No.580/1-2 at Door No.11, Gurusamy Konar Santhu, North Masi Street to an extent of 2646 Sq.ft is comprised as per the representations given by the petitioner on 10.04.2015. 2. Mr. S. Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though he made several representations to the respondents, no orders have been passed so far and hence, prayed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2015. 5. Whereas the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that even though the decree has been obtained by the petitioner from the civil Court, the respondents, before passing any order, would issue notice and enquire into the same and thereafter pass orders. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the Corporation and to any other interested parties and thereafter pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
