JUDGMENT 1. This petition is of the year 2002 and at request of learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, same is admitted to hearing and taken up for final disposal. 2. Petitioners plead that they were appointed from the year 1994-1996 and they were working in PHE Department Kathua. Petitioners further plead that they have completed more than 7 years of service in the department as other regular employees and they are entitled to be regularized in terms of Government Order No. 1285-GAD of 2001 dated 06.11.2001 and subsequent orders. They also rely upon the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in case tilted “State of J&K and ors. v. Mushtaq Ahmad Sohail and ors.” passed in LPASW No. 33/2010 and the judgment of the Supreme Court in case titled “State of Haryana v. Piara Singh” AIR 1992 page 2130. 3. Petitioners claim to have made several representations, however, no representation in on record. 4. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are given liberty to make a detailed representation along with copy of this order to respondent No. 1 within two weeks and on such representation being made, the Government or the authority concerned shall accord consideration to the case of petitioners for their regularization within four weeks thereafter on its own merits. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
