ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2015 and further to take action against the tainted Executive Officer of the Kulasekarapattinam Muthumariamman Temple, Thoothukudi District as per the recordings of CCTV installed at Temple. 2. Mr. S. Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the letter in Na.Ka. No. 4836/2015/A2 dated 04.02.2016, issued by the Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE, Thoothukudi, to the Executive Officer/third respondent herein stating that in respect of several complaints lodged by various persons, enquiry has been fixed on 17.02.2016 and further directed the third respondent to appear before the enquiry to submit his explanation. Thus, the learned Additional Government Pleader, submitted that action has already been initiated in this regard. 5. In such a view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to place all his contentions before the Enquiry scheduled to be conducted on 17.02.2016. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
