JUDGMENT 1. This petition is of the year 2008 and at request of learned counsel for the petitioner, same is admitted to hearing and taken up for final disposal. 2. The petitioner in this case states that she was appointed as Safaiwala in Medical Allopathic Dispensary, Prem Nagar and she was working continuously as such and was paid meager salary of Rs. 300/- plus usual allowances per month since 1992. The petitioner claims that she is performing her duties uninterruptedly since 1992 and she is entitled to be regularized and also entitled to appropriate salary commensurate to the nature of work and salary paid to the regularly appointed employees. 3. Reliance is placed on SRO No. 308 dated 16.10.2008 and the judgment passed by this Court in case titled “Usha Kumari v. State and ors.” passed in SWP No. 39/2005 decided on 06.07.2015. 4. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned to accord consideration to the case of petitioner for her regularization and for other reliefs as sought for. The petitioner is directed to make a detailed representation along with copy of this order within two weeks, which shall be considered by the respondents within four weeks thereafter. 5. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
