ORDER : M. Jaichandren, J. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to produce the detenue, namely, Ms. Senniammal @ Kausalya, aged about 15 years, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. The petitioner had stated that she is a widow and she has three children. The youngest daughter of the petitioner is the detenue, namely, Ms. Seniammal @ Kausalya, aged about 15 years. She had further stated that, on 30.10.2015, the detenue had gone to work. However, she did not return home in the evening. Thereafter, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police, on 31.10.2015. Since no effective steps had been taken, by the respondent Police, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition. 3. Today, when the matter was listed for hearing, the respondent Police has produced the detenue before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue has stated that she had gone to Bangalore to live with Ms. Selvi, who is her aunt. The detenue had further submitted that she would go along with her mother, the petitioner herein. 4. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. The detenue is permitted to go along with her mother, who is the petitioner herein.
