ORDER : The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned letter in REF:MAO/539/10/ dated 16.02.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to award the LPG Vitrak (RGGLV) in Scheduled Caste category for the area of Devipattinam, Ramanathapuram District to the petitioner. 2. After some elaborate arguments, it is made clear by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents that the land offered by the petitioner is not the minimum land. 3. At that time, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents may consider the representation made on 21.02.2011 to the Area Manager. Now, the petitioner has restricted the claim. 4. In view of the limited prayer, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2011 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
