ORDER : The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned tender-cum-auction notice dated 10.03.2011 published in the Daily Thanthi Newspaper dated 11.03.2011 insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2. It is represented by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent clearly stated that as on date, the petitioner is to pay Rs.14,00,000/- and odd in fact, she obtained agricultural loan and that is also NPA. The petitioner's vehicle was seized only on the ground that she has not paid the money. The impugned order is only authorizing the recovery agent to demand payment and consequently, bringing the property for auction. The vehicle has lost the value and hence, there is nothing wrong in the impugned order also. 3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
