ORDER : After some elaborate arguments, it is made very clear that there are factual matrix involved in all these Writ Petitions. Therefore, this Court cannot go into those issue. The only remedy available to the petitioners is to file an appeal before the authorities concerned. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the petitioners want to withdraw all these Writ Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the afore-said submissions and endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the concerned authority. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. As far as the delay of three days in filing the appeal is concerned, the authority will consider it sympathetically in view of the pendency of the Writ Petitions from 08.02.2016. Note to the Registry:- (i) The Registry is directed to return the original impugned orders to the petitioners after substituting the same in the bundle, after due acknowledgement. (ii) Issue order copy on 10.02.2016.
