ORDER : The petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings of the first respondent dated 31.12.2007 in Na.Ka. A5/9957/2007 and the consequential order dated 10.02.2011 in Na.Ka. No. A2/9957/2011, wherein the patta has been changed in favour of the second respondent. 2. Since the civil suits are pending in O.S. No. 339 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Manapaparai and O.S. No. 573 of 2007 on the file of the learned Second Additional Sub-Judge, Trichy, as regard title and transfer of patta, this Court cannot go into the issue at present. The parties shall abide the order to be passed by the civil Court. 3. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
