ORDER : This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint of one Maruthamuthu, S/o. Karuppaiah. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on the complaint given by Maruthamuthu, S/o. Karuppaiah, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was subsequently closed. 4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
