ORDER : The petitioner has sought for a direction to the official respondents to take action against the fourth respondent. However, this writ petition is dismissed for default as against the fourth respondent on 07.12.2012. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
