ORDER : The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Case No.10648/08/09 dated 14.06.2010 and approved on 17.06.2010 and quash the same on the file of the first respondent and consequently directing the first respondent to pass appropriate order afresh in accordance with law. 2. Even as per the typed set of papers at Page No.26, in the letter of the third respondent dated 14.10.2009, it is stated that a portion of the order has been complied with. 3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
