ORDER : In view of the judgment passed by this Court in Rajambal vs. The Inspector General (Registration) Government of Tamil Nadu, No.120, Santhome High Road, Chennai and two others reported in 2012 (2) CTC 289 , the impugned order is valid and nothing survives in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
